Premises for rent

We are happy to rent our newly renovated, fresh premises to individuals, associations, companies or anyone who now wants to host events at out place.

Do you have a specific date when you want to rent? Then you can check under bokningskalender if that date is free.

If nothing is planned for that day, you can send a request to rent. You can do this using the form below bokningsförfrågan. It will be sent directly to our email, to which only the Chairman have access to. We will then contact you to confirm your booking and to plan other arrangements for your booking.

If you do not wish to use the booking form, you may email us directly or you contact the Chairman by telephone.

You can also find the price list here below. However, the Board reserves the right to change the rent depending on the type of event. If you want to rent the premises for commercial purposes, the rent is higher than for a birthday party.

Below Hyresavtal you will also find the basis of our lease, unfortunately only in Swedish. If you have any questions about it, please contact us and we can help you translate it or answer any questions about it.

Below the Räddningplan you will find our current rescueplan for the premises. We assume you look trough it before renting the facilities. This is also stated in the lease.

Replot Ungdomslokal rentals

These prices are valid until further notice.

Weekend rental (Friday - Sunday)

Suitable for larger parties, eg weddings. You have access to the kitchen, dining room, ballroom, toilets and wardrobe.

Normal price: 400 €
Membership price: 300 €

The application of the membership fee requires that the person has been a member of the association for at least the previous year and has paid his or her membership fee.

Terms:

• Leases are made in writing and contain detailed rental terms.
• The tenant will clean up after the event, if RUF takes care of this, it will cost € 100 extra.
• The tenant has access to the youth room Fri-Sun, during which time the party preparations and cleaning must be done afterwards. If you need extra time before / after, the price is 50 € / day.
• If you want to rent a youth room for purely commercial purposes, these rates are not valid, in which case the rent will be determined by the board.

Daily rental 

Suitable for one-day events where preparations and finishing work will be completed on the same day as the event, e.g. information opportunities. There is a kitchen, a dining area, a ballroom, a toilet and a wardrobe.

Price: 150 €

Terms:

• Leases are made in writing and contain detailed rental terms.
• The tenant will clean up after the event, if RUF takes care of this, it will cost € 100 extra.
• The tenant has access to the youth room from 08:00 to 02:00, during which time all preparations and cleaning must be carried out afterwards.
• If the tenant wishes to rent the youth room for a purely commercial purpose, this price will not apply, in which case the rent will be determined by the board.

"Graduation package" (up to "30 hours")

This option is suitable for e.g. student parties and christenings where the tenant does not need access to the ballroom and where preparations have to be made the night before. You have access to the kitchen, dining room, toilets and wardrobe.

Price: 100 €

Terms:

• Leases are made in writing and contain detailed rental terms.
• The tenant will clean up after the event, if RUF takes care of this, it will cost € 100 extra.
• The tenant has access to the youth room at 18:00 for the evening before the event, post-event cleaning must be done on the same day as the event.
• If the tenant wishes to rent the youth room for a purely commercial purpose, these prices will not apply, in which case the rent will be determined by the board.

Children's party package (up to 5 hours)

This option is adapted for children's parties in the service area. The tenant has access to the kitchen, dining area, toilets and wardrobe.

Price: 40 €

Terms:

• The lease is not written, the terms of the lease are set out below.
• The price is for private individuals.
• The tenant will clean up after the children's party, if RUF takes care of this, it will cost an extra € 100.
• The tenant has access to the kitchen, serving area, toilets and wardrobe for a maximum of five hours, during which all preparation and cleaning for the children's party must be carried out afterwards.
• Kitchen equipment may be used, but the tenant must then clean and wash the dishes.

Meetings (up to 3 hours)

This is for association meetings, such as board meetings and annual meetings. The tenant has access to the kitchen, dining area, toilets and wardrobe.

Tariff:

• Prices are valid for each association / organization and calendar year, the more meetings are held during the year, the lower the meeting rent.

Meeting 1-2: 20 € / meeting

Meeting 3-4: 15 € / meeting

Meeting 5➜: 10 € / meeting

Terms:

• The lease is not written, the terms of the lease are set out below.
• Meeting prices apply to associations and federations (eg road law).
• The tenant has access to the kitchen, dining room, toilets and wardrobe for up to three hours, kitchen furniture may be used, but the tenant must clean and wash after that.
• The price does not apply to companies and their information opportunities, etc., in such situations the board decides on the rent.

Other options

In addition to these rental packages, the board can also tailor rental options depending on which premises the tenant wants access to and for how long. The rent is then determined on a case-by-case basis.

Renting the tableware

If you only want to rent the tableware, that's perfectly fine too. The price is then 1€/person/calendar day. So if you are 20 people and you use the tableware Saturday-Sunday, it will cost €40.

However, if you rent the venue for a whole weekend, i.e. the weekend rental, you can use the entire tableware for only 50€ more. 

If you rent the venue for a shorter rental, e.g. the daily rental, you can rent the tableware for 1€/person.

We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that there is an industrial dishwasher in the venue, which makes washing the tableware very convenient if you choose to rent the tableware!

If any part of the tableware breaks during use, it is up to you to replace it, all parts of the tableware come from IKEA and can be easily ordered and replaced.
